  • When design properly, an LED circuit will approach to efficiency, which means electrical energy is converted to light energy
  • Realistically the cost savings would be higher as most incandescent light bulbs blow out within a year and require replacements whereas LED light bulbs can be used easily for a decade without burning out.

3. Single-ended quartz halogen string capsule.

  • The reflective coating can be either diachronic and aluminium. 
  • A diachronic coating is a thin and multi-layer non metallic film that allows infrared radiation from the filament capsule to pass through the reflector while it reflects visible light forward.

4. Shaft of light control.

  • The MR16’s optical alignment gives it more accurate optical control than R and PAR lamps. 
  • MR16 lamps have confined beams and the light power drops sharply at the edge of the beam.
